Drake was an amazing resource. Being new to the area, he is very knowledgeable about neighborhoods, house prices, and the unique aspects of houses in CO. Even after buying multiple houses back East, he educated me. He was always willing to take the time to explain and give reasons why this or that is important when purchasing a home. I never felt rushed or that I was a bother. He was always, and I mean always, available by text or phone. Even though he was tied up with other clients, when I asked about seeing a specific house the next day, he made it work. He worked with the seller to ensure that all repairs were completed. He knew our price point, so he didn't waste our time or his and helped us get the exact house that fit our needs, was affordable, and one that we fell in love with. Highly recommend.

Drake is amazing. We told him what we were looking for, and he sent us solid recommendations immediately, not generic listings on a drip feed. He also was able to show us some options that were off-market (maybe not the norm!), and he was able to help us close the deal on a house we wanted, even though there were two offers on it already. He is extremely responsive, really listens to what we're looking for, and is very patient. Highly recommend!
